This includes the construction of one of our nation's most hallowed grounds, VA cemeteries, as well as many other federal construction projects for the Department of Veterans Affairs and the United States Army Corp of Engineers.
This Project Manager would work out of our home office in Notasulga, AL, just outside of Auburn, Alabama.
We employ just under 50 employees.
While our Project Managers work mostly in the office, they are still required to visit their respect jobs as much as needed to run a successful project.
Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 08:
00 am central to 5:
00 pm central.
These hours can be longer depending on the work load.

Responsibilities for Construction Project Manager Determine and define scope of work and deliverables Predict resources needed to complete project Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements Manage costs in order to meet budget Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts Manage construction schedule and activities Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors Partner with the customer on every project Qualifications for Construction Project Management Bachelor's degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture Highly Experienced Project Manager in Federal and/or Commercial Construction Requires no supervision to perform tasks Proficient in writing submittals Proficient with Computers and Construction Software Extremely Professional 10 years or more experience in project management within construction Comfortable reading and understanding of blueprints and drawings Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software Proficient in Modern Construction Technology Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions Strong leadership and management skills Experience working with the Federal Government a plus Experience with ProCore a plus Experience with RS Means a plus Willing to work in Auburn, AL (Notasulga, AL) C&C Contractors is an equal opportunity employer.
